Terms & Conditions — Returns, Refunds & Delivery
Inspection of Goods
Customers must inspect all Goods upon delivery and notify us within fourteen (14) days of any alleged defect, shortage, damage, or failure to comply with the description.
Customers must allow us a reasonable opportunity to inspect any item believed to be defective. Our liability for defective items is limited to repairing or replacing the item.
Returns
Returns will be accepted provided that:

We have agreed to accept the return, and
-
The item(s) are returned at the customer’s cost within fourteen (14) days of delivery, and
-
Items are returned in the same condition as delivered, with all packaging, brochures, and instruction material in as-new condition.
We may, at our discretion, accept goods for credit; a handling fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the value of the returned goods plus any freight may apply.
Items that have not been stored or used correctly will not be eligible for return or credit.

General Return Scenarios
Item Received Is Not What Was Ordered
If you receive an incorrect item and it is unopened and in mint condition, we will replace it or provide a full refund.
The original item must be returned to us. We will cover shipping fees and process your refund or replacement within 2–3 days of receiving the returned item.
Item Damaged in Transit
If your item was damaged during transit, you will receive a full refund or replacement.
Our courier will collect the damaged parcel along with the original packaging. Once verified, your return will be processed.
Please retain all original packaging, as failure to do so may void your claim.
Item Arrived Faulty or Not Working as Intended
Please arrange for the item to be returned for testing.
If the item is confirmed to have been faulty before dispatch, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. In certain cases, a refund may be offered.
Item Did Not Arrive
If your item does not arrive, please request a track-and-trace investigation by contacting us.
We cannot refund or replace items that are lost, damaged, or stolen after delivery has been completed. If you are concerned about unattended deliveries, we recommend selecting the “signature required” option at checkout.
Change of Mind
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted if:

Items are unopened,

In mint condition, and
-
Returned within seven (7) days.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
After inspection, approved returns will be issued as store credit.
Under the Fair Trading Act, we are not required to accept change-of-mind returns.
Item Has Stopped Working Over Time
We will assist with repair or replacement where possible.
If needed, we can liaise with suppliers on your behalf or provide direct supplier contact information.
Please note: Repairs may take between 2–6 weeks depending on supplier timelines.
Additional Terms
Purchases
Your goods will be delivered to your nominated address along with any relevant packaging, manuals, warranty information, receipt, and a copy of your payment confirmation.
Firearms
A current NZ Firearms Licence must be provided for the purchase of any firearm or ammunition.
Items cannot be shipped until a licence has been sighted or relevant police documentation has been received.
Air Rifles
Customers must be over 18 to purchase an air rifle.
We cannot ship goods until proof of age or the required police documentation is received.
Damaged Goods
If your goods arrive damaged, please contact us immediately for instructions on how this will be resolved.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order after confirming it, you must contact us immediately.
Depending on the status of the order, we reserve the right to deduct a 10% handling and administration fee.
Return of Goods
Any returned goods must include original and complete packaging.
Used goods cannot be returned for credit.
Pricing
Prices may change at any time due to supplier or factory price adjustments.
All prices listed on our website are effective at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.
Typographical Errors
While we take care to maintain accurate information, errors such as price misprints may occur.
We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors. Please check our website for current pricing.
