Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience high order volumes or unexpected shipping delays, we will notify customers as soon as possible.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Rivers to Ranges is not responsible for any customs charges, duties, or taxes applied to your order.
All additional fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or import fees) are the responsibility of the customer.

Export Conditions and Restricted Goods

Rivers to Ranges complies fully with all New Zealand laws and regulations regarding the sale, handling, and shipment of restricted goods.

Firearms, Ammunition, and Restricted Items

  • We do not export firearms, ammunition, magazines, or any other restricted weapon-related products outside of New Zealand.

  • Within New Zealand, all firearm-related purchases (including parts and accessories that are regulated) are subject to the Arms Act 1983, Arms Regulations 2021, and any requirements set by New Zealand Police.

  • Certain items may require proof of a valid firearms licence, permit-to-procure, or other documentation before they can be sold or shipped.

  • Restricted items will only be shipped using approved domestic delivery methods and may require signature on delivery.

Other Restricted or Prohibited Goods

  • We do not ship any goods that are prohibited or restricted under New Zealand law or international export controls.

  • Products that fall under hazardous, dangerous, or controlled categories (including certain knives, chemicals, or pressurised items) may have additional shipping limitations or may be ineligible for air transport.
