Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange, except where required by law.

Customers are responsible for inspecting their items upon receiving them and notifying us within 14 days if there are any defects, damage, missing components, or if the product does not match its description. We may request an opportunity to inspect the item within a reasonable timeframe.

For items deemed defective, Rivers to Ranges’ liability is limited to repairing or replacing the item, to the extent permitted by law.

Returns will only be accepted once approved by Rivers to Ranges, and must be returned at the customer’s cost within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in the same condition as supplied, including all original packaging, labels, brochures, and instructions, and be as close to “as new” condition as possible.

Rivers to Ranges may, at its discretion, accept returns for store credit; however, this may incur a 15% handling fee plus any applicable freight charges.

Custom-made or cut-to-size products may or may not be eligible for a refund. These will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
